What exactly is a polyaspartic floor coating?
A polyaspartic floor coating is an advanced, two-part protective system originally developed for industrial and military use — later refined for residential and commercial concrete floors.
It’s a liquid material that chemically bonds with the surface of the concrete, creating a dense, seamless, and flexible protective layer.
Once cured, it forms a surface that’s waterproof, chemical-resistant, UV-stable, and extremely durable, yet still visually elegant.
Unlike traditional sealers or paints that simply sit on top of the surface, polyaspartic coatings penetrate deep into the concrete pores, locking out moisture and extending the life of your floor by decades.
They’re ideal for garages, patios, basements, pool decks, and driveways — anywhere you need long-term performance and low maintenance.
Every project begins with professional concrete preparation. We start by mechanically grinding the surface to remove imperfections and open up pores for maximum adhesion.
Next, any cracks or pits are filled and leveled to create a perfectly smooth base.
Then we apply a primer and base coat, followed by a full broadcast of decorative flakes — these provide texture, slip resistance, and unique color combinations.
Finally, we seal everything with a clear polyaspartic topcoat that hardens within hours.
The entire process typically takes one day, allowing you to walk on your new floor the same evening and drive on it within 24 hours.
Polyaspartic coatings form a dense cross-linked molecular structure that makes them resistant to abrasion, water, chemicals, and UV light.
This advanced chemistry prevents fading, yellowing, and cracking, even in high-traffic or outdoor environments.
In addition, polyaspartic coatings expand and contract naturally with concrete as temperatures change — preventing peeling or delamination over time.
With minimal maintenance and proper installation, you can expect 15–20 years or more of flawless performance.
Yes — completely safe.
Our coatings are low-VOC and low-odor, meaning they don’t emit harmful fumes during or after installation.
They’re ideal for basements, laundry rooms, home gyms, and other enclosed areas, as well as outdoor patios, porches, and driveways exposed to sun and weather.
Because the surface is fully sealed and non-porous, it resists moisture and prevents mold or mildew from forming — making it an excellent choice for families, pets, and allergy-sensitive homeowners.
