What exactly is a polyaspartic floor coating?

A polyaspartic floor coating is an advanced, two-part protective system originally developed for industrial and military use — later refined for residential and commercial concrete floors.
It’s a liquid material that chemically bonds with the surface of the concrete, creating a dense, seamless, and flexible protective layer.
Once cured, it forms a surface that’s waterproof, chemical-resistant, UV-stable, and extremely durable, yet still visually elegant.
Unlike traditional sealers or paints that simply sit on top of the surface, polyaspartic coatings penetrate deep into the concrete pores, locking out moisture and extending the life of your floor by decades.

How does the installation process work?

Every project begins with professional concrete preparation. We start by mechanically grinding the surface to remove imperfections and open up pores for maximum adhesion.

Then we apply a primer and base coat, followed by a full broadcast of decorative flakes — these provide texture, slip resistance, and unique color combinations.
Finally, we seal everything with a clear polyaspartic topcoat that hardens within hours.
The entire process typically takes one day, allowing you to walk on your new floor the same evening and drive on it within 24 hours.

What makes polyaspartic coatings last so long?

Polyaspartic coatings form a dense cross-linked molecular structure that makes them resistant to abrasion, water, chemicals, and UV light.
